4. Orders

All orders submitted through the Website are subject to acceptance, verification, and product availability.

Peptide Clinics reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

Refuse, reject, or cancel any order;
Limit quantities purchased;
Request additional information to verify customer identity or intended use; and
Decline transactions that appear unlawful, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.

No contract for the sale of products shall arise until payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted by Peptide Clinics.

5. Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the Website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

Payment may be made using approved payment methods available at checkout, including:

Bank transfer or Pay by Bank services;
Debit or credit card payment processors; and
Open Banking payment providers.

Peptide Clinics does not store complete payment card details. All payment transactions are processed securely by authorised third-party payment providers.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice. Any such changes shall not affect orders already accepted and paid for.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Peptide Clinics currently ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.

We do not offer international delivery services. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the United Kingdom may be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Peptide Clinics shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs arising from:

Courier or postal service delays;
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer; or
Failed delivery attempts due to the recipient being unavailable.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon dispatch of the order.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Due to the nature of the products supplied, all sales are generally final unless a product is:

Faulty;
Incorrectly supplied; or
Damaged during transit.

Any issue must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and must be supported by appropriate evidence.

Any refund, replacement, or other remedy shall be provided at the sole discretion of Peptide Clinics, subject to applicable law.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and no refund shall be due except where required by applicable law or expressly provided for in our Refund & Returns Policy.

All content available on the Website, including text, graphics, images, logos, product information, branding, design elements, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Peptide Clinics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
