Refund & Returns Policy

1. No Returns Accepted
Due to the nature of the products supplied by Peptide Clinics, which are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except in the limited circumstances expressly set out in this Policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following circumstances.
a) Lost or Missing Parcels
Where an order is confirmed by Royal Mail as lost or undelivered, Peptide Clinics may, at its sole discretion, provide either:
- A replacement shipment; or
- A full refund.
We reserve the right to require confirmation from Royal Mail before any refund or replacement is authorised.
b) Order Cancellation Prior to Dispatch
An order may only be cancelled if the cancellation request is received and acknowledged before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be available.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an order is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
To enable us to assess the claim, you must provide:
- Your order number;
- A detailed description of the issue; and
- Clear photographs of the product and its original packaging.
Upon review and approval of the claim, Peptide Clinics may, at its discretion, provide either a replacement product or a refund.
Claims submitted outside the stated timeframe may not be accepted.
4. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims
Peptide Clinics reserves the right to refuse any request for a refund, replacement, or other remedy where we reasonably believe that:
- The claim is fraudulent or dishonest;
- The product has been improperly handled, stored, or misused;
- False, inaccurate, or misleading information has been supplied; or
- The claim otherwise constitutes an abuse of our policies.
We may request additional information, documentation, or evidence before reaching a decision regarding any claim.
5. Exclusions
Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind;
- Incorrect or unauthorised use of a product;
- Failure to read or follow product descriptions, warnings, or disclaimers;
- Delivery delays caused by Royal Mail where the parcel has not been confirmed as lost; or
- Orders placed using incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate delivery information.
6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Returns Policy excludes, restricts, or affects any statutory rights that you may have under applicable United Kingdom consumer protection legislation, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, defective, or not as described.
7. Research Use Disclaimer
All products supplied by Peptide Clinics are intended solely for laboratory and research purposes.
Our products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic application, diagnosis, treatment, prevention of disease, or any other unauthorised purpose. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are used in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
