1. Shipping Locations
Peptide Clinics ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.
We do not offer international shipping. Any order placed with a delivery address outside the United Kingdom will be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within one to two business days following receipt and confirmation of payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Peptide Clinics reserves the right to delay, refuse, or cancel any order where:
- Payment cannot be verified;
- Delivery information is inaccurate, incomplete, or insufficient; or
- Fraudulent activity, misuse, or other suspicious conduct is suspected.
3. Delivery Method
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery performance may vary depending on Royal Mail's operational requirements and circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been dispatched, Peptide Clinics accepts no responsibility for delays attributable to Royal Mail or any other third-party delivery service.
4. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges are displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed.
Any promotional offer providing free delivery will be clearly stated on the Website and will be subject to any applicable terms and conditions.
5. Delivery Information
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete.
Peptide Clinics shall not be liable for any loss, delay, failed delivery, or additional costs arising from:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
- The recipient being unavailable to accept delivery; or
- Any other circumstances attributable to the information supplied by the customer.
Where an order must be re-dispatched due to incorrect delivery information, additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If an order has not been received within the anticipated delivery period, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably practicable.
Where appropriate, we will:
- Liaise with Royal Mail to investigate the matter; and
- Provide tracking information where available.
Whilst we will make reasonable efforts to assist, Peptide Clinics shall not be liable for delays or delivery failures arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery if an order is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Any such notification should include:
- The order number;
- A detailed description of the issue; and
- Clear photographic evidence of the damage or error.
Failure to report the issue within this period may affect eligibility for a replacement, refund, or other remedial action.
8. Risk and Title
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon dispatch of the order.
Legal title to the products shall remain with Peptide Clinics until full payment has been received and cleared.
